1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Atlas (atlas.nyx-intelligence.com), operated by Nyx Intelligence, the trading name of Arthur Dimeglio, a sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel) registered in France ("Nyx Intelligence", "we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Atlas.
2. What Atlas Is
Atlas is a geopolitical intelligence agent that turns public sources into briefs about what is happening in the world, each traced back to where it came from.
- Monitors public news and open-data sources
- Generates briefs and risk signals traced to their sources
- Lets you follow regions and topics and bookmark briefs
- Summarizes developments so you can scan them quickly
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use Atlas. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) via Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
- We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use Atlas in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Use Atlas to plan, facilitate, or support any act of violence, harassment, or illegal activity
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract content beyond published API rate limits
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the agent or its underlying models and algorithms
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Atlas outputs or data without written authorization
- Rely on Atlas as the sole basis for safety, travel, security, or emergency decisions
- Use Atlas outputs to facilitate surveillance, targeting, or any unlawful activity
6. AI Outputs & No Professional Advice
Atlas generates automated outputs that may contain errors, omissions, or delays. Outputs are provided for information only and are not professional advice.
Atlas briefs are algorithmic estimates drawn from public sources, not definitive assessments or professional, legal, security, or travel advice. They may contain errors, omissions, or delays and should not be the sole basis for any decision, including travel, safety, or emergency decisions.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Atlas draws on third-party and public data sources (news, open data, official advisories). Source data remains subject to the licences and terms of its origin (Creative Commons, Open Data, and others). We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or completeness of third-party sources.
8. Intellectual Property
All proprietary content, including Atlas, its prompts, models, UI design, and visualizations, is owned by Nyx Intelligence. Content you provide or connect remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the service for you. Outputs generated for you are yours to use, subject to these Terms and any third-party platform rules.
9. Privacy
Your use of Atlas is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Atlas is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyx Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Atlas, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
You may stop using Atlas and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with the law. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to them shall be submitted to the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
